What the Internship Programme will look like
Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.
Our internship provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to secure a place on our graduate programme or a regular hire, subject to your performance and business need. A large proportion of our candidates go on to enjoy a career with us.

People Advisory
The People Advisory team consults clients on enhancing their organizational effectiveness through a wide breadth of human capital topics including organizational structuring, job redesign, workforce planning, competency design, job architecture design, or compensation review. The Southeast Asia team's clients include government agencies, large MNCs, local list companies, and SMES. As an intern, you will support the team throughout projects, business development opportunities, and other operational matters as a member of the People Advisory team.
Be responsible for supporting live projects with experienced consultants from around the region on People Advisory projects spanning both talent & rewards topics
Conduct workshops, interviews, data gathering, and / or analysis to generate actionable insights to support recommendations to the clients
Develop slides, reports, and other documents required to support project deliverables
Support development of proposals, reports, webinar materials and white papers/articles

As an Executive Compensation Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in analyzing compensation trends, designing incentive programs, and tackling governance challenges in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Collaborate with experienced consultants across various regions to address critical executive compensation challenges for high-profile clients in diverse industries.
Support data collection efforts, including sourcing executive compensation data from surveys, financial filings, and market intelligence tools.
Analyze compensation and organizational data for consulting projects, providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
Perform statistical analysis and build data models to support successful execution of consulting projects and studies.
Assist consultants in developing presentation materials, detailed reports, and client deliverables.
Conduct in-depth research to support proposals, reports, and the development of white papers and articles.
