CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Accounts Payables function
- Responsible for day to day data-processing
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing financial reporting to management
- Preparation of accounting schedules and reconciliation of accounts
- Ensure all invoices & payments are properly authorized and recorded
- Assist the accountant in all related areas such as statutory audit, corporate tax and GST
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or any related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience in handling Accounts Payable function
- Hands-on experience with Netsuite is a plus
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical mind and meticulous nature
- Must be able to work independently
