About Our Client

Our client is a highly established multinational with global footprint in the retail industry. With a strong revenue growth in the past 2 years, they are seeking for a high calibre AP Accounts Executive to join their Finance team.

• Accurate and timely recording of vendor invoices (trade and non-trade)
• Verify and process staffs' expense reimbursements
• Match and verify goods receipt invoices and liaise with logistics/ planners on discrepancies
• Create and maintain master data for vendors
• Verify and ensure completeness of supporting are received and stored
• Execution of weekly payments and ensure invoices are paid timely
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecast to ensure adequate cashflow
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare audit schedules including bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
• Monthly issuance of intercompany cross charges
• Assist in year-end closing and prepare documents requested by auditors
• Prepare quarterly GST reporting for accountant's review
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or possess any professional certificates in accountancy
• Proficiency in ERP system eg. SAP system is desired
• High attention to details and good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office eg. Word, Excel
• Good time management and able to work under time pressure
