AP contract jobLocation = west regionCompany = MNC logisticsReasonable volume, less OT, supportive working environmentAccounts Payable (AP) Job Scope: Accounts Payable professionals are responsible for managing and processing payments owed by the company to its suppliers, vendors, and creditors. Their duties typically include:

• Receiving and verifying invoices and purchase orders.
• Ensuring accurate coding, approval, and entry of invoices into the accounting system.
• Processing payments via checks, electronic transfers, or other methods.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicating with vendors regarding invoice issues, payment status, and inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and payments.
• Assisting with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
