Job Description


Looking for HR Executive for 5-months Maternity cover, To support in HR Matters. This Candidate would have the opportunity to explore, learn and gain knowledge and skills for all HR Aspects, in F&B industry.

  • Administer & support in TMS and Payroll Software, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately,.
  • Handling orientation for staffs
  • Handling and managing Recruitment process
  • Handle the staff documentation of payroll matters and administration
  • Assist to work with operations in manpower needs
  • Manage office administration including keeping inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Support HR Manager in HR Operations
  • Any other duties assigned by HRM.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Organize and independent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Info-Tech preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Singaporean only
  • Able to start immediate
