• Oversee Regional Distribution Center and APAC Country Warehouse and ensure efficient operation and performance of the Regional Distribution Center and warehouses in APAC countries.
• Review, develop, and implement KPIs in collaboration with warehouse Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to ensure effective warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with LSP to optimize warehouse processes, improving efficiency, and minimizing errors.
• Provide support to Business Units (BU) on Value-Added Services (VAS) activities in the Regional warehouse.
• Assist in RFQ processes in country warehouses, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Support the rollout of EWM in country warehouses and act as a Super Key User for EWM.
• Promote Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) as part of the contract agreement.
• Conduct project studies whenever required for process enhancements.
• Play a key role in budget planning and exercise cost control measures within the warehouse operations.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and implement corrective measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and oversight for bonded warehouse operations.
• Implement FTA applications and ensure compliance with relevant trade agreements.
• Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the handling of Dangerous Goods.

• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management with minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL management.
• Key User experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Knowledge in Transportation, IncoTerm 2022, FTA, bonded warehouse, DG handling is preferred
• Knowledge in SAP, PBK report, SAC, Power BI is preferred
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills with an ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Exhibit a strong leadership style focused on achieving results.
• Work independently and showcase resourcefulness in problem-solving.
• Possess excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization.
