Responsibilities:

• Oversee AP operations and guiding a team of AP assistant/executive.
• Ensure month-end / year-end closing.
• Prepare cash flow forecast.
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers and compliance with company policies and in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure controls are in place when processing invoices and transactions and supplier reconciliations are performed.
• Review and provide reports on monthly accruals, recurring expenses and other expenses.
• Maintain and update necessary details of suppliers and employees to ensure accurate payments.
• Coordinate with banks for invoice financing.
• Review, recommend and implement policies and procedures to achieve optimal AP processes.
• Review working for quarterly GST input tax based on statutory deadlines.
• Assist in in reviewing or preparing ad-hoc related reports/analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and is meticulous.
• Experience with Procure to Pay system (eg. Coupa) will be advantageous.
• Short notice or immediate will be preferred.
