DESIGNATION : AP Senior Executive (Finance Shared Services)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, the AP Senior Executive will be responsible for AP activities including but not limited to;

• Review of the work performed by the team
• Oversee the shared service team in the delivery of Accounts Payable services, ensuring SLA and KPI are met
• Manage and coach team members to meet defined objectives
• Manage the accounts payable monthly close process (calendar, reconciliations, analysis, reporting)
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered at all times, adequate controls are in place
• Support AP continuous improvement culture
• Proactively manage and resolve internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner
• Perform any other duties, projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the accounts payable with at least 2 years of supervisory skills
• Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table) and SAP
• Meticulous, analytical, independent cum team player
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
