Job Description

As Senior / Executive, AP Regional Logistics Planning and Control, you will be responsible for the Regional Management Logistics in Sony's Asia Pacific region.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for overall Logistics cost budget control and tracking with cost analysis report monthly and annually
• Analyse each Sales company`s overall logistics cost KPI performance through the close communication with sales company logistics team on monthly basis
• Facilitate regular (monthly, quarterly and yearly) basis meeting events in AP region
• Close communication with Logistics HQ with regard to logistics KPI submission, Logistics Service Provider selection process and business voice from each Business Unit
• Data management of AVL (Approved Vendor List) and Vendor Evaluation Report in AP region
• Participate in Logistics Solution related Project activities for process improvement and cost savings (if required)
• Organize AP Regional Logistics Meeting
• Overseas traveling is required for this position (after Covid-19 travel restrictions are lifted)

What you should have

• At least 2 years of related working experiences in Planning & Control / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Familiar with Logistics Terminology
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Knowledge of ERP (SAP or any other) system preferred.
• Professional use of Japanese preferred
