Possess at least 2-3 years' experience in back office/supply chain management (SCM), preferably in a similar industry (luxury/furniture), with some knowledge of administration/after-sales service thrown in
Proficiency in English is paramount
Knowledge of the Italian language is highly advantageous
Great team player who embraces cultural diversity and preferably equipped with international experience
Keen sense of task prioritization, level-headed but also willing to take risks as needed

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SAP interface and Microsoft Dynamics

Role: The candidate will be based the corner office of the showroom, along with the local team. He/she will gain extensive and in-depth product knowledge over time and eventually manage APAC client accounts independently while supporting the respective area managers to push and maximize sales opportunities in both retail and project channels. He/she will interface with Gessi and the regional distributors and liaise with various departments at the headquarters in Italy. This position will encompass administrative back office and client support activities.Duties & Responsibilities: The job scope will include the following and is not limited to:
Mastery of product knowledge, configuration and codification
Commercial offers: quotation phase management (retail and project pipelines)
Production lead-time and stock check
Order fulfillment management (quotations and sales orders)
Advise on non-standard product customization and feasibility
