JOB OBJECTIVEPerform back end and administrative tasks to assist clients both actively and pro-actively.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Utilize client's proprietary software to perform back-end and administrative tasks in order to fulfill client concerns and requests.
Provide email and chat support to resolve customer issues and requests as necessary.
Process client concerns or requests communicated through the dedicated voicemail for concierge.
Will perform some basic designing using Photoshop, HTML, and CSS.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors/College Degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry handling an international account.
Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop is a huge plus.
Must have good writing and speaking skills in English.
Willing to work night shifts.
