• Lead the development and implementation of Brand strategy following established global frameworks in collaboration with Crop Protection Assets and Crop Strategic Business teams * Define and lea Lead the development and implementation of Brand strategy following established global frameworks in collaboration with Crop Protection Assets and Crop Strategic Business teams Define and lead Marketing Communication Plan of Key Brands consistent with customer and branding strategy based on data driven analysis by partnering with Customer Marketing, Regional Business Strategy & the COEs Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, social media and digital means Define & Implement the Brand value proposition, credential for the new launches in alignment with the Global Brand Managers Develop metrics to measure advertising effectiveness and prioritization including brand audit Be a branding and marketing communication expert for Region keeping the organization up-to-date with latest trends in new media, communication channels and data driven analysis for efficient use of marketing investments Drive the usage of new tools and processes developed by the COEs e.g. Market Automation to provide more targeted and actionable communications plans Provide marketing training support for regional and local teams working closely with global team on process & tools definition Harmonize and implement new brand guideline across all the brands of the company Prioritize and focus on Key brands for brand development and management
