: Business Communications Leader, APAC P&SP

Dow has a rare opportunity for an inspirational communicator to lead its business communications team supporting its Packaging & Specialty Plastics (P&SP) business in Asia Pacific. The APAC Business Communications Leader has primary responsibility for the strategic development and tactical implementation of external positioning strategies that support business growth objectives of the APAC P&SP commercial organization. Additionally, it is critical for these strategies to demonstrate Dow\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to inclusion and diversity, innovation, sustainability, and customer centricity. This position reports directly to P&SP\xe2\x80\x99s Senior Global Business Communications Director with close alignment to the APAC P&SP Commercial Vice President.
This position is based in Singapore and is part of a global team of regionally based communications professional aligned with P&SP. The Leader will supervise an accomplished and dedicated staff of communicators location in Singapore and Shanghai and advance the way the business connects with its external and internal stakeholders. The Leader will work in close collaboration with Marketing, Sustainability, TS&D and Sales to deliver value in strategic markets for plastics, such as food and beverage packaging, industrial and consumer packaging, hygiene and medical applications, industrial applications, mobility and adhesives products. The Leader will support the Commercial Vice President with internal and external communications strategies that provide visibility for the CVP and help drive key messages to employee groups, customers, and industry influencers. The intentions of these strategies are to enable business growth and market leadership in alignment with business priorities.
