Job Scope:
Business operations:

  • Meeting scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, expense reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead the tracking of Sales training of the APAC team support the arrangement and implementation of training sessions (sales skills and some product training of the team). This will be done in coordination with APAC Commercial Excellence Team, APAC Marketing team, and Global/Other Areas as appropriate. Actions will be focused on the facilitation, implementation, and tracking progress, but not to conduct the actual training courses.
  • Facilitate and lead arrangements for operational review meetings: Insights calls, Monthly LT meetings, Quarterly Townhalls.
  • Support the data collection and preparation for Sales rep productivity monitoring and utilization, with preliminary analysis. (In partnership with HR and Commercial Excellence, as needed)
  • Support and take the lead, as appropriate, in logistics and supply chain related actions and communications to support the business, critical escalations, and partnership with the APAC logistics team.
Business presentation and review support:
  • Lead the consolidation, edits, and in some cases development of targeted content for business reviews and meetings. Focus on APAC level material with specific, targeted focus projects. This would primarily be edits and modifications with minor changes to existing content with support and guidance from APAC GM.
Internal communications:
  • Lead and implement communications from the APAC GM to the team, and support other related internal communications as necessary (eg: Unsung Heros, Amplify Awards, key messaging in coordination with HR).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s level education. In business administration, arts or science fields
  • Substantial experience working in a similar coordinator or administrative role working with team members located in various countries in APAC.
  • Project management experience.
  • Organized, Clear thinking, Pro-active, Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience editing business content and material
  • Solid working proficiency in Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
  • Basic level proficiency in Excel
  • Experienced arranging travel in APAC - visas, knowledge of flight routings etc.
  • Solid ability to negotiate, meeting arrangements, bookings, etc.
  • Good communication skills
Additional Information:
  • Salary - Up to S$4500 per month
  • Contract duration: 3-month contract, renewable and convertible
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
