We are looking for a talented APAC COM Support - Intern to join our team in Pandan Ave, Singapore . This role will be following Hybrid work model . We have another site, Tuas South, Singapore, need to visit occasionally.

This internship will be starting from Jan 2024, internship duration will be 3 months/6 months.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• To assist the Asia Pacific COM team with the process improvements to JVI business in Asia Pacific region
• Key high-level responsibilities include:

o Data analysis: Collecting and analysing data related to customer orders to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

o Process improvement: Identify areas where the order management process can be improved and make recommendations to increase efficiency.

o Reports automation: collaborate with Engine Sales admin to automate and eliminating manual updating of reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Supply Chain / Management / Business degree
• Participate and present at COM meetings.
• Support COM on order processing, weekly reporting to distributors and plants
• Ad hoc duties to support the COM specialists.
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving skill.
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
