The role of the APAC CXO Associate Manager HCP marketing is intended to craft, connect and grow our business capabilities in HCP marketing, data and omnichannel execution in service of our digital-first transformation and growth aspirations.
This position guides local markets to redefine Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement to become truly omnichannel. The person will be a Digital-first marketer with focus on redefining HCP engagement. You will partner very closely with Region Marketing Franchise teams, local Marketing teams and J&J Technology to implement the omnichannel communication for different HCP engagement models in APAC.

Top priorities for this role are:

  • Drive & deliver digital first pivots by embedding in local market squads to transform HCP engagement in APAC. Leverage power of digital to expand Reach, boost engagement quality and drive brand recommendation.
  • Scale successful HCP engagement models across APAC
  • Lead the development of consistent and scalable HCP tech infrastructure across APAC in close partnership with J&J Technology team
  • Build external partners (agencies) network to benchmark & upgrade J&J capabilities (HCP portals, media & analytics)

Qualifications
  • Strong digital marketing experience (i.e., digital media, data, social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line)
  • HCP marketing experience is required (strong commercial competence & understanding of HCP marketing related KPIs/metrics)
  • Experience with website analytics, SFMC, SFA tools is required
  • Exposure and understanding of India, China, Japan and/or developing markets is preferred.
  • Proven success in working with agency to build innovative connections and content strategy
  • Strong networker. Connects easily and broadly across the organization and across countries. Effective in working in a virtual global organization. This position has a very broad reach in functions, the ability to connect the dots across functions and geographies will be critical to success.
  • University/college degree in marketing, management or related business areas.
  • A minimum 3 years of progressive business experience is required with experience in digital marketing / HCP marketing, pharmacy sales (or other advice-based channels)
  • International travel may be required
