Position Summary:
This position is within the APAC Global Technical Support (GTS) group, focusing on EFA product line.
GTS APAC group is responsible for the 2nd line technical support within APAC region - this means phone and email remote support as well as traveling to customer sites and installing new tools or repairing down tools with critical issues.
