Job Title: APAC Marketing Manager

The Role
As the newly created role of APAC Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through collaboration with Molecular Devices Marketing and Distributors. Success will be measured by the Marketing-driven revenue as well as the Marketing capabilities built within the region. Possible career path will be either to continue progress as Marketing expert or to augment Strategy skills and move on to General Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Thrive to be on the cutting-edge of Digital Marketing tactics: PPC, SEO, Linkedin, eBlast, landing pages etc. Work closely with distributors to help them implement Digital Marketing tools. Develop process to consolidate/monitor the leads and customer information. Manage standard work process and visual dashboards for marketing related indicators, including marketing ROI, Marketing-Qualified-Leads etc. Establish new-product-launch process and facilitate the execution of each country in the region Consolidate market needs and serve as the focal point in communicating with Product Management function. Optional: Create \xe2\x80\x9cGo-To-Market\xe2\x80\x9d Strategies that meets country and customer requirements. Travel requirements: 10-20%, depending on the location.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in business or life sciences (MBA a plus) A consistent track record in Digital Marketing ideally in a Multinational Corporation Excellent communication skills that include fluency in English. Experience in global roles with international exposure. Strong analytical skills: Marketing ROI, Marketing Mix, Segmentation-Targeting Knowledge of a CRM and a Marketing Automation tools, digital marketing (SEO, PPC), ad servicing tools and website analytic tools (ex. Google analytics) Optional: Expertise in the Strategic Planning toolkit and leverage it with regional marketing teams to enhance regional strategy inputs and drive alignment to the global strategy
