Job Description
Working in a globally established real estate fund manager, this person will be responsible for managing the existing multibillion-dollar (USD) fund and originating and executing new investments across APAC, and across asset class.
- Provide accurate financial modelling of institutional grade real estate investment opportunities, including property level and investment cash flows, and interpretation and communication of returns.
- Participate in financial analysis and asset management
- Model scenarios and sensitivities including hold period, debt/equity ratio, capital expenditure program, market rents, growth rates, capitalization rates, lease up periods etc.
- Participate in acquisitions, development, disposition, and portfolio investment strategies
- Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business, Strategy or Finance related discipline.
- Overall 7+ years of experience with 1+ years of relevant experience in APAC Real Estate with an investment manager.
- Existing network of owners/operators of real estate and government departments.
- Mature, strategic thinker and good communicator.
- Excellent numerical skills and English fluency in writing and speaking.
