Job Description

Our client is a distinguished family office based in Singapore, managing a substantial real estate portfolio across offices and hotel assets across UK, Australia and Singapore.As an integral member of the Real Estate investment team, the Senior/Associate will support the Associate Director in the following:

• Sourcing and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities (mainly in the hotel and office sectors across the UK, Australia and Singapore markets), including preparation of presentations and memos for investment committee review and approval, coordinating due diligence process, and supporting the team in determining negotiation strategies.
• Execution of real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and post-transaction management work.
• Strategic planning processes, including research into new asset classes or geographies and providing regular quarterly macroeconomic and market updates.
• Portfolio management and reporting, including reviewing department\'s assets and performing periodic analyses against market, and working with Asset Management team to determine annual portfolio budgets.

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent. Master\'s degree in these fields and/or CFA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience underwriting and executing real estate investment deals, with at least 2-3 years of experience in hotel investment or asset management.
• Experience in the UK, Australia and/or Singapore markets and value-add deals will be an added advantage.
• Strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills.
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in clear and succinct way.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage tight timelines.
