Maintaining and managing APAC Distribution Centre Product Assortment with Global Supply Planning
Controlling all inventory requirements (Core, MI and NPD), to ensure inventory is available to support commercial plans to drive the business objectives. To manage and optimise APAC Distribution Centre stock position by communicating to both Franchise and Company markets on Launch, discontinuation, Phase-in Phase-out (PIPO), including Out of stock, Future out of stock, Clearance, excess stocks, Age of stock and take preventative/corrective action
Manage loading of allocation orders
Monitor and communicate the APAC Distribution Centre stock position, risks & analysis of the Inventory Quality
Review and drive the achievement of KPIs & implementation of action plans to drive healthy Inventory Quality in line with targets set
Liaise with warehouse on inbound Supply Planning
Key Job Accountabilities: Inventory Management & Planning New Product Launch / Ad hoc offers / Gifts
Track stocks availability for new products / Ad hoc offers / Gifts
Highlight risk to event and manage risk to demand (review with forecasting team, stock rebalancing, stock expediting, freight solutions)
Loading of new product / quarterly offers allocation orders
Work with counterparts to deliver launch plans to wholesale markets
Perform monthly supply alert monitoring and take action to drive optimization of both supply and inventory
Order processing
Processing new product / quarterly offers allocation
Process order change arising from substitution update / optimising allocation from the local Distribution Centre pool
Inventory Reporting
Maintaining Product Assortment with correct article, supply site, replenishment profile,etc
Communication on supply status and potential risks such as New Product, Out of Stock Tracking etc
Age of Stocks, Excess and Obsolete Reporting
Work with counterparts to drive Clearance action
Provide analytics reports/ dashboards as required
Projects
Work with APAC Assistant Supply Planning Manager in managing operation efficiency and developing and managing projects to drive the APAC business
Experience:
3+ years experience in Supply Chain management \xe2\x80\x93 demand planning/forecasting, supply planning and inventory management in a retail environment
Ability to influence cross-functionally
Understanding of supply chain best practices and supply chain operational process
Excellent understanding of inventory management
3PL Management experience preferred but not necessary
Self starter who is curious to explore new ways of working
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
