Roles & Responsibilities This role is required to compliment the Tuas API Site Operations Readiness team to deliver on the Plan of Record for the pre- start up planning phase and execution of the startup tasks required for Operations Readiness within the Manufacturing Readiness workstream for Tuas 2 Operations. Detailed planning and task execution is underway to support startup activities in Q2 2023. A heavy workload of task is scheduled for 2022. An experienced API operations SME familiar with API operations and project experience is required to lead the development, implementation and execution of tasks associated with the workplan.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop operating philosophy for API Manufacturing buildings and associated systems
• Be responsible for the development, implementation of all of the pre start up planning activities and oversee the handover from the commissioning team of the defined scope
• Experience of API operations, startup of API facilities and API systems
• Experience of delivery of project tasks against schedule
• Experience of leading and coaching API technical SMEs in development of API operating philosophies, review and approval of GMP documentation, troubleshooting startup activities, training and upskilling API operations colleagues
• Collaborate with Site Operations readiness teams at Tuas API Site Tuas 2 Program PMO, Tuas 2 Project SMEs API SMEs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline from a recognized university
• 10+ years relevant experience in API Operations
• In depth understanding and experience of API facilities, operations and systems
• Experience of delivering in a fast paced project environment against key timelines and schedule
• Experience in engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action
• Skilled collaborating as part of a team and working independently to deliver results
• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and independently to resolve issues including familiarisation with API equipment, technology systems
• Fully complete Covid-19 vaccination and could provide official medical certificate
