Would you like to pioneer the use of cloud services to Would you like to help our customers understand and move quickly to deploy solutions for their end customers and achieve their businesses goals Would you like to pioneer the use of cloud services to help drive innovation Would you like to be part of building a fast-growing program to worldwide scale As the APJ Innovation GTM Specialist, you will have an exciting opportunity to partner with AWS sales teams, specialist teams and end customer teams to define, ideate and invent new solutions that will lead to long lasting impact and influence in our customer's business. Your responsibilities include partnering with AWS teams to work backwards' from industry challenges and customer needs and to define and package solutions powered by AWS that will be needle movers in their adoption of new technology. Your work will directly influence APJ go-to-market approaches, thought leadership and innovation offerings. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial enterprise technology sales environment, and working with cross-functional teams as many parts of the program will have interdependencies with other teams within AWS. Typically cross-functional collaboration includes sales teams, sales leadership, solutions architects, marketing, partners, professional services, and sales enablement. The right candidate will have experience with positioning and packaging technology solutions as a business offering to our most common industry and customer challenges. The candidate will have developed scalable approaches and offerings that deliver high quality and high impact experiences to customers. The right candidate will also have a proven track record of leading and driving multiple simultaneous projects to meet customer business objectives, excellent project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, a good understanding of cloud solutions, and a passion for helping customers transform using cloud technologies. Key job responsibilities Understand industry challenges and customers opportunities, and partner with AWS teams to identify and prioritize solutions that will advance our customer's technology journey Develop associated offerings and go-to-market plays that include business and commercial cases, first call decks, marketing material and other assets bringing together the relevant teams including functional, legal, compliance, and business. Work closely with AWS technical teams and specialist teams to build repeatable assets and best practices to position against defined customer problem spaces Support the translation of solutions into meaningful experiments supported by business cases, working with relevant build teams and partners Partner with DI team members to develop and execute strategic business development plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, specialists/ BD, T&C) Develop and define key metrics to monitor performance across the program/product lifecycle. Professionally communicate and present to key decision makers and senior leaders of the business via QBRs, Flash updates, key metric reports
