Job Description

Our growing team is looking for a passionate Production Manager to help in various capacities including helping oversee the production process, bi-annual collection presentation, required involvement in development and production and administrative tasks. This position will closely collaborate with all departments of the Kelly Faetanini team and will report to the CEO. This is a REMOTE position, and will be required to work New York hours of 9am-6pm eastern.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate quality control at the factory level by providing defect feedback and providing instructions for product improvement

• Ensure that production runs smoothly in respect to delivery dates, customization execution, and all necessary communication

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product and quality standards in order to assist with our quality control process

• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering

• Track and review shipments reports

• Oversee purchase order process

• General data entry

• Maintain production design spec sheets with fabric and design details

• Frequent communication with overseas factories

• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.

• Manage domestic quality control schedule and oversee steps in the process

• Work closely with operations manager to improve production processes & systems to improve efficiencies, on time delivery and improved quality.

Minimum qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience in apparel production. Bridal experience a plus

• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot daily issues

• Advanced understanding of garment construction/points of measure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized and efficient

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets

• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• Spanish speaking is a plus

• Experience with HubSpot and Zoho Inventory a plus
