Job Summary:

• Salary range: Up to $9000
• Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm)
• Location: Bugis/Taiseng/Paya Lebar
• Benefits: Performance Bonus, Hybrid work arrangement, AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of AppDynamics solutions, translating solution architecture into actionable technical plans.
• Collaborate with the customer's technical teams and stakeholders, understanding their environment and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
• Work with AppDynamics R&D and Customer Support to address product feedback engagement-specific support issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and propose relevant technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• AppDynamics Certified Associate Administrator (ACAA)
• AppDynamics Certified Associate Performance Analyst (ACAPA)
• AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP)
• Preferred: ITIL, TOGAF certifications
• Hands-on programming experience
