This position is an individual contributor role on the Issuer Processing Administrative Services Team. The successful candidate will be part of a team to help design, enhance and build our open systems transactional platform. Candidate will interface directly with staff members of Development, Product Management, Project Management and Quality Assurance. As an Appian developer, the candidate will work on migrating the client configuration forms from MS Excel to Appian, import and export of data, output the data to multiple formats CSV, JSON, etc. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 - 8 years of software development experience or a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 2 - 6 years of software development experience.

• Must have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher

Good to have working knowledge of integration patterns, techniques and technologies for enterprise applications including XML, SOAP, JSON.

• Good to have working experience in Microsoft Technologies such as .Net Core, .Net Framework, C#, SQL
• Experience in translating customer requirements into working business process models, prototypes, and finished products using best practices.
• Experience in analysis, design, implement and provide demonstrations of solutions
• Understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and self-manage projects and tasks.
• Ability, desire and motivation to learn quickly and acquire new skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload in order to balance deliverables and meet necessary deadlines.
• Demonstrate a team-driven attitude, ready to innovate, collaborate and resolve issues.
