About the companyA global professional services firm is expanding their IT Consulting arm, specialising in providing advsiory and implementation for business applications like ERP and CRM, as well as business analytical tools.Role & Responsibilities
- Analysing client business requirements and addressing business needs and IT concerns.
- Performing gap analysis to better advise on business processes, workflow automation and management reporting formats.
- Involved in project documentation and providing user training.
- Supporting the client in their digital transformation journey by implementing and supporting various ERP and CRM solutions
- Hold a diploma or degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting.
- Knowledge on accounting processes will be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience with accounting software or finance modules within ERP systems will be highly advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
