What You'll Do
As an Application Developer, you'll:
Design and build applications using platforms like Outsystems, AgilePoint, and ServiceNow App Engine--creating forms, logic flows, data models, and user interfaces.
Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, .NET, or Java, and implement server-side and client-side scripts such as ServiceNow's Glide scripts.
Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases, and third-party services--while ensuring secure access and governance.
Collaborate in agile teams, working closely with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into working prototypes and features.
Test and support your applications through unit, system, and integration testing, user training, and deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
3+ years of application development experience with at least 1-2 years using low-code platforms such as OutSystems, AgilePoint or ServiceNow.
Proficiency in JavaScript, C#/.NET or Java, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT and SQL; experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps practices (CI/CD), version control (Git) and issue tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams; attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Understanding of relational data modelling, UI/UX best practices and responsive web design. Willingness to learn new platforms and contribute to knowledge-sharing and code-review sessions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• OutSystems certification (Associate Developer or above), AgilePoint or ServiceNow CAD/CSA certification.
• Experience with at least two low-code platforms (OutSystems, AgilePoint, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Mendix, etc.) and cross-platform integration.
• Experience with workflow automation and integration hubs; knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage.
