Your team
This role is part of our Product team -- they are responsible for defining, developing, and improving our platform's features and user experience. The team works closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and market opportunities into effective solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Your role in the Team's Success
Your primary responsibility will be to support the product team in researching, analyzing, and documenting user needs while assisting with feature development and improvement initiatives.
By gathering competitive insights and helping translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements, you will contribute to our user experience and platform growth strategy.
Your role is integral to maintaining our product development momentum, providing valuable analytical support, and helping bridge communication between cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
What you'll do

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Analyze competitive products to benchmark features and functionality
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the product development process
• Support the creation of wireframes and user flows
• Help analyze product metrics and user behavior data
• Contribute to feature prioritization discussions
• Assist with coordinating product launches and updates
• Work closely with product managers to learn best practices
• Provide support to enhance product development workflow and user experiences

What you'll need for this role

• A student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Interest in product management, fintech, or mobile apps
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data and user feedback
