Job Description

Purpose of Job: Technical standardization of liquid MB processes, responsible for Technical Application Requests (TAR), support development and coordinate customer complaints for liquid MB products. Technical Standardization 1 Improvement and standardization of liquid MB laboratory and manufacturing processes 2 Improvement and standardization of liquid MB raw materials and formulations 3 Perform gage repeatability and reproducibility of liquid testing equipment and technicians 4 Establish QC specifications and processing parameters for new liquid MB products 5 Support the implementation of new and market conform technical standards Application & Development 1 Responsible for formulation creation for liquid MB in Technical Application Requests (TAR) 2 Conduct reverse engineering on competitors' samples 3 Development of liquid MB single pigment concentrate (SPC) range and colorant sets 4 Support alternative material evaluation and approval 5 Support the development of new liquid carrier system 6 Support the development of new liquid MB product range for new segments and applications Training & Support 1 Coordinate and support Technical Application Requests (TAR) from the region 2 Coordinate and trouble-shoot customer complaint relating to liquid MB products 3 Provide relevant training to laboratory, production and sales personnel 4 Proper upkeep of application development related documents 5 To perform any another tasks when assigned by the immediate superior
Education: 1) Bachelor Degree holder in Polymer or Material Science / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or equivalent education qualifications. 2) 3-5 years of relevant experiences in product development preferred Knowledge in injection moulding and other thermoplastics related processes 3) Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams
