Key Responsibilities

Lead application development teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines. Drive end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of digital/micro-services applications Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Oversee regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., MAS regulations, AML/KYC platforms). Ensure best practices in coding, design patterns, DevOps, cloud adoption, and system performance optimization. Manage migration and modernization initiatives (e.g., Java 17, Spring Boot upgrades, cloud-native deployments). Provide leadership in fraud prevention, payment systems, and security enhancements (2FA, anomaly detection, fraud frameworks). Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 12+ years of progressive experience in application development, with proven leadership as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Manager. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud platforms (AWS/PCF). Hands-on experience with enterprise banking applications, payments, fraud prevention, and AML/KYC platforms. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to AI/ML (PyTorch, HuggingFace) for intelligent solutions. * Experience with distributed systems, big data (Spark, Hadoop), and cloud-native deployments.
