The Application Engineer is responsible to provide tecGlobal Industrial Battery Leader hnical solution for industrial battery.The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with the Global Industrial Battery Leader, which has been operating for more than 80 years.The Job:

Provide a technical support to the customer and sales management to resolve technical and business process related problems.
Coordinate and participate in projects to design, develop, program, test, install and maintain specialized technical operations, Management of battery stand, cabinet, protection box and other accessories including contact with suppliers.
Process and answer to warranty requests. Record, analyse, investigate and resolve claims submitted by customer together with Quality Department. In some circumstances field inspections could be necessary.
