The Application Engineer is responsible to provide tecGlobal Industrial Battery Leader hnical solution for industrial battery.The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role

• Work hours: Mon to Fri
• $3500 - $4000 Basic + VB & Flexi Benefits

Adecco is partnering with the Global Industrial Battery Leader, which has been operating for more than 80 years.The Job:

• Provide a technical support to the customer (by phone, e-mails, documents, visit to customers or to installation site) and sales management to resolve technical and business process related problems.
• Coordinate and participate in projects to design, develop, program, test, install and maintain specialized technical operations, Management of battery stand, cabinet, protection box and other accessories including contact with suppliers.
• Process and answer to warranty requests. Record, analyse, investigate and resolve claims submitted by customer together with Quality Department. In some circumstances field inspections could be necessary.
• Order management for some project (check and manage availability of products, advise the customers on progress of the order, coordination with logistic partner for communicate delivery details with the customer, taking into consideration any special requirements such as week end or restricted access or special transportation requirements identified at the order placement - invoicing ..),
• Support CS team in answering phones and dealing with customers enquiries communicate effectively with the clients, colleagues and contractors involved in a projects,

The Talent:

• Diploma in engineering or relavant technical discipline
• 1-2 years experience in batteries/power related industry
