Responsibilities

Make a recommendation for a suitable Mazak machine model and option based on the client\'s needs.
Prepare tooling lists, time studies, and concept proposals for fixtures for the machining of customer workpieces.
Establishing a machining program, testing the cut on a customer\'s workpiece, and fulfilling specifications.
Instructions for operating and programming should be given to customers.
On-site assistance for cutting test pieces, running off, and commissioning new machines
Provide telephone or in-person technical support to customers.
Prepare the machine for an event, a gathering, or a showroom display.

Requirements

Proficient in using Solidworks and experienced on Hypermill or MasterCAM or NX
Must have sound engineering background & application knowledge in metal cutting principles and techniques in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
Coupled with this experience, the candidate will require excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and oral and have a high degree of self-motivation.
