Job Description

:

• Be the technical expert of InsiderSecurity solutions for our users
• Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions
• Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products
• Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
• Develop and configure use cases to meet user\'s needs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales
• Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Science or Computing
• Some experience in Python or other high-level languages
• Familiarity with system administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS) is a plus
• Experience in bash scripting is a plus
• Previous experience as a customer success engineer or application field engineer is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
