Job descriptionResponsibilities and Duties

• Need to do technical support for Embedded RTOS, Middleware, Development Tools (ARM MDK & DS5)

• Mostly support ARM based and PC based platforms
• Support for design, develop, code, test and debug system software for customers with tools supported by the organization.
• Provide post-sales support for embedded software and RTOS
• Integrate embedded product solutions to demonstrate at customer site to support sales
• Interface with hardware design and development for customers at customer site
• Assess third party and open source software
• Provide technical presentation at customer site
• Provide training to customers based on the software and hardware systems

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech degree in Computer Science or electronics Engineering
• At least 1 year Experience in ARM MDK or DS5 Platform
• Sound programming experience in C or C++
• Experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems is a plus
• Hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets is an advantage
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
• Good knowledge in RTOS is mandatory
• Familiarity with 8051, ARM and compilation techniques is mandatory
• Hands on experiance in like compiler and debuggers is mandatory
• Knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems is an advantage
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
