Job Description
- To provide pre-sales technical solutions support to meet customers’ expectations
- Understand and analyze on our customers’ needs and challenges, integrating the use of company’s products motion controller, servo system, PLC, inverter, touch screen) to provide the best solution
- To liaise with Japan for new solution development
- To provide regular training for our customers
- To act as a bridge between customers and sales team especially in technical expertise
- To participate in marketing & promotion events
Requirements
- A Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Controls
- Preferably with relevant experience working in similar expertise and supporting as a pre-sales engineer
- Entry level candidates without relevant experience are welcomed if you have the relevant educational qualification
- Must be strong in programming language C++ , with the ability to work under pressure
- Analytical, possess good problem-solving skills and also a cheerful personality
- Required to travel to Brunei/ Batam (only when business travelling is resumed by the company)
