Application Engineer
Job Description
Main Responsibilities 1.Review customer RFQ documents thoroughly, for both technical and contractual requirement. 2.Plan and provide cost effective technical solution that will meet customer requirement. 3.Prepare cost calculation for the proposed concept. 4.Prepare proposal document such as concept layout, technical description and proposal. 5.Source and communicate with critical supplier to obtain accurate cost and specification. 6.Prepare high impact proposals, conduct customer contract reviews and engage operation team in demand fulfillment. 7.Conduct application reviews with the sales team. 8.Manage and create application libraries per standards for productivity gain. 9.Adhere to company standards in terms of work procedures and use of standard documents and understanding of standard product. 10.Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
Qualifications & Requirements Degree or Diploma Degree in Engineering Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experiences in Technical Sales and Application Engineering. Possess strong knowledge in factory automation, preferably in automotive, electronics, and/or medical/pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing. Skill user of AutoCAD and Inventor CAD Systems. Ability to provide accurate cost calculation.
