Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU based communication methods.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures on programming, system implementation & handover to customer
To learn & improve software programs, Be Innovative and hunger for new technologies.
Ability to utilize, debug, design and install engineering software,
Customer centric, Provide after sales service & technical support,
Maintenance of Kemin Equipment throughout Asia-Pacific Region
Work together with local agent/distributor engineers in new installation and servicing/repairing existing installation to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
Required frequent travel to other countries for commissioning of equipment and technical support to regional services team
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Industrial Automation
1 - 3 years of experience with proven expertise in PLC programming software, SCADA, C# & visual basic. MS Office and SQL database
Freshers with good programming skills and strong will to learn new systems & processes will be considered
Related experience in Industrial Automation and Controls
Good knowledge of process instrumentation, PLC programs such as Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens
knowledge of liquid addition systems in animal feed production process control system will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in varying and different working environments
Liaising with counterparts from local and regional countries is needed
Has the ability to analyze and solve problems
Must be able and willing to travel overseas frequently with short notice
Additional Information:The position is considered to be a minimum of 40 hours per week, but requires tremendous flexibility and may require the incumbent to accomplish additional work at home. The incumbent will be expected to travel regionally (30%-50% of the time).
