About The Job
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Integration Build Lead(Manager) to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of API integrations with a screening system in a financial services environment. This role demands a strong technical foundation in .NET development, Azure cloud services, and batch processing systems, ideally with proven experience in leading offshore development teams
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of API integrations with a screening system.
Manage and coordinate offshore development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and support the growth of junior developers.
Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively identifying and resolving integration issues.
Ensure all technical documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Design and build high-throughput batch processing applications, including integration with FTP-based data exchanges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, architecture, and infrastructure to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
Experience with batch processing systems and FTP protocols.
Proven track record of managing offshore development teams.
