Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects within the Digital Banking portfolio. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define solution roadmaps and delivery timelines. Oversee delivery of modules such as Pre-Processing Transaction, Wholesale Channels, Entitlement, Transaction Workflow, Alerts & Notifications, and AEM Forms. Ensure seamless integration and performance across Retail and Corporate Banking systems. Manage end-to-end SDLC processes including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Provide technical leadership to development and support teams, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks, incidents, and change management activities. Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to maintain system stability, scalability, and security. Prepare technical documentation, delivery reports, and presentations for senior management. Support audit and compliance processes in line with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Proficient in middleware technologies, particularly IBM WebSphere MQ, enabling seamless integration and reliable message-based communication between banking applications. Strong working knowledge of UNIX (HP-UX, Sun Solaris), Linux, and Windowsoperating systems, with expertise in system administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting across heterogeneous environments. Skilled in SQL, C, and C++ programming languages, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize complex business logic and database-driven applications. Experienced in UNIX shell scripting, leveraging automation for deployment, monitoring, and system maintenance tasks. Database expertise spans across multiple platforms, including Oracle (19c, 12c, Exadata, GoldenGate, 11g RAC, 10g RAC, 9i, 8i, 8.x, 7.x), as well as MongoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, MariaDB, and MSSQL, covering database administration, replication, backup, and performance tuning. * Additionally, has deep knowledge of storage management tools such as VERITAS Volume Manager and Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM), in both RACand non-RAC environments, ensuring efficient and reliable data storage solutions.
