Our client, a leading multinational bank in Singapore, is hiring for an experienced
E-commerce Application Manager & Production Support
on a2-year contract
!You will be
Providing 1st and 2nd line support for in-house Global eCommerce client-facing trading systems utilised by Front Office traders during Asian hours Maintaining day-to-day application stability, collaborating closely with traders and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and proactive issue prevention Assisting troubleshoot and resolving incidents and problems on supported applications Improving monitoring and alerting tools to be more proactive on incident resolution and prevention
You will need
Bachelor's or University degree with strong scientific background - Mathematical and/or IT 6+ years of relevant experience in IT Applications Support - ITIL basic knowledge or understanding between incident ticket and problem tickets Good business knowledge of Rates, FX and Credit business and other fixed income products Comfortable with shift work (Shifts can start as early as 6:30am SGT)
