We are currently looking for Application Operations Lead to join our team, drive operations, modernization, and innovation of existing technology and systems within Singapore and Southeast Asia Market. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Market Digital Portfolio Planning and Execution: . Work closely with Market Digital Head, Business Unit Head or designated parties for work planning, budgeting, and delivery execution. . Able to articulate and present the business cases and initiatives to Senior Management in a concise and clear manner. . Build rapport and maintain close relationship with Business by providing digital advisory and consultancy services with physical presence as required. . Fully responsible for the assigned market digital portfolio. New Initiatives and Systems Enhancements: . Lead and drive digital initiatives / enhancements for the entire project lifecycle including planning, approval, procurement, requirements, development, testing, implementation, and operations. . Able to work closely with various stakeholders including business users and internal Digital teams to deliver the implementation successfully. . Lead and perform system development (.NET) for internal managed systems. . Ensure the project deliverables fully comply with Sembcorp standards and policies. Operations and Maintenance: . Responsible for the operations and maintenance for the assigned Digital portfolio including but not limited to the service requests fulfilment, change / incident / problem management, and continuous improvements. . Manage the contracts of the vendor-managed-products including but not limited to the contract / license renewal, service level management, invoice and delivery verification, and cost apportionment. . Ensure the supported products and platforms are up-to-date and comply with the Tech Governance standards. . Spearhead troubleshooting, investigation and remediation activities for incidents. . Lead and provide mentorship to junior team members. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE . Minimum Working Experience: 8 years . Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related field . Project/Change management (Full cycle) . Operations and maintenance for a mixture of vendors and in-house products. . Must have experience in following domain area/ technology/ programming languages o Any 3 or more of the following: C#, VB. .NET Framework, .NET Core5, .NET Core, Webform, MVC, WCF, Web API, EntityFramework, Python, Microsoft Dynamics 365 o Strong in SQL with experience in at least one of these databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance and/or Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Store . Good to have experience in the following: o Managing a team or project with multiple team members. o OT and IT systems. o Historian and/or plant system architecture. o Strong background in IT processes and structure. o Azure Web App, Azure Storage, Container Registry and/or Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management. Knowledge & experience in AKS will be an added advantage. o Azure Logic App, Azure Service Bus, and/or Azure Data Factory o Knowledge of Azure Logic App, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus will be an added advantage. o DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline and/or DevOps tool chains. o UI frameworks: Bootstrap, React Native, Angular with Native Script Framework or Flutter . Source control, coding standards, apps management and deployment . Familiar with current UX trends on web & mobile applications . Certified in Microsoft technologies will be added advantage . Experience in supporting plant-related asset management software applications PREFERRED SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS Consistently display dynamic independent work habits, goal oriented, passionate in growth mindsets, possess a can do' attitude, and self-motivated professional. Self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies and programming. OFFICE LOCATION Based in Headquarter (Hill Street) and Plant (Jurong Island) At least once a week in Jurong Island Please note: Only fully vaccinated candidates will be considered for the above position.
