Description

• Translate manual scientific protocols into the automated process.
• Responds to and aids our clients in error handling on liquid handling systems.
• Assists in liquid class testing for liquid handling automation.
• Assists in implementing new scripts/methods through developmental testing with supervision.
• Develops liquid handling workstation scripts based on scientific assay methods.
• Assist with the Pre-sales process of design/ customization of automation to suit the client\'s application.
• Responsible for providing operators and application training to our customers.
• Application Support on Detection, imaging and new technology portfolio
• Responsible for all aspects of the applications sale, from pre-sale support, including application analysis, solution design and configuration, instrument demonstration (if required), through to installation and providing higher-level complexity post-sale support.
• Work with the local sales team to provide technical/ consultative sales by focusing on the customer\'s application.

Requirements:

• Min Degree/MSC in Science/Biomedical Eng/Biotech/Biomedical or other relevant fields
• 1-2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
• Diligent, Good communication skill, oral and written
• Able to be a team player.
• Strong organizational skills & follow up skills.
• Proficient in basic programming languages like VB, C/ C++ will be a plus.
• Experience/knowledge in Lab/Robotic/ cell imaging Automation will be a plus.
