- Handle application Business As Usual (BAUs)/Operations support activities for the project - Provide surveillance and monitoring on the control-m jobs that powered out batch runs and provide troubleshooting where necessary : Handle application Business As Usual (BAUs)/Operations support activities for the project Provide surveillance and monitoring on the control-m jobs that powered out batch runs and provide troubleshooting where necessary Work with our users to handle any ops requests i.e. Adhoc control-m job runs where required Have knowledge of Informatica, Java and SQL preferred since these are the core tech stack that are powering our ETL pipelines and is key to being able to provide troubleshooting and support Ensure software patching and infra related upgrades are done periodically to be in-line with our security standards Document best practices and SOP to ensure ops support is reduced to a minimal Automate inefficient tasks as much as possible to ensure ops support is reduced to a minimal Requirements: Experience in handling application BAUs/Operations with troubleshooting skillset. Experience in crafting and following Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Good to have: Control-M, Unix Scripting, Java, Informatica
