Job Responsibilities
Incident and Problem Management
Timely response to production issues, inquiry and service request.
Troubleshoot the incidents and lead in incident recovery, communication and resolutions in production environment.
Provide quick workarounds or contingency options during time-critical incidents and prioritize on business recovery.
Timely escalation to Management for potential critical issues (bad news first approach)
Quickly identify relevant teams for the incident, communicate and engage for recovery.
Conduct RCA, create action plan and track to closure.
Proactively assess past production issues and identify patterns and repeated causes and prioritize the resolutions, and any possible actions to stabilize the Production Environment. (Continuous service Improvement).
Create Incidents and Problem Dashboards for management and teams and track critical actions.
Properly document production resolutions and workarounds for future reference.
Change Management
Gatekeep Production systems and review changes to the applications before implementing in production.
Constantly provide feedback to Change Teams to improve production stability.
Security & Compliance
Closely track potential security risks and vulnerabilities on production environment for the systems in scope.
Certify the production system for newer OS patches on a regular basis.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Coordinate with relevant teams and facilitate execution on yearly BCP drills.
Maintenance & Renewal
Proactively track and execute any renewal activity (cert key renewal, maintenance contract renewal, etc) managed by PST
Perform periodic maintenance activity such as log housekeeping, system data archiving.
Project and Other Tasks
Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned on behalf of the team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with min. 5 years of work experience in a bank/FI.
Experience and strong functional knowledge on Payment Systems \xe2\x80\x93 Domestic, Cross-border or Real-Time payments.
Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Experience in developing and maintaining accurate technical and user documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Possess strong analytical skill and high attention to details.
Ability to work in dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
