Application Support Analyst x2 (SAP FICO/ MM/ SD/ Up to $8,000 +Good Bonus & Benefits). Up to $8,000 + Attractive Bonus + Good Benefits. Candidates with higher experience will be considered for the Senior System Analyst, Assistant Lead Analyst or Lead Analyst (Project Manager) position. Multiple Openings and Roles Available. Good career progressionResponsibility: Responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support to various SAP modules & ABAP application areas including troubleshooting and resolving problem/incidents. Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements, change management and be part of technical requirements and design Manage system performance monitoring and user access management Maintain service operations documentation and guides.
