The JD should contain the following:

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Take care of necessary project planning and tracking for a support and maintenance project
  • Identify risks and put mitigation plans in place
  • Lead the technical implementation of all requested application changes.
  • Client management and coordination with various stakeholder teams in the project
  • Work very closely with the client and assign tasks to the team members and follow up with clients for all the information requested by the team
  • Provide regular updates to the project sponsor on the ongoing work.
  • Participate/Review approach for resolution of critical issues.
  • Review and test the deliverables before handing to clients.
  • Participate in technical solutions to the problems/enhancements.
  • Follow and drive internal processes for contracting, vendor discussions, NDA, agreements, terms and conditions, etc.
  • Be a representative in status update meetings, proactively signal potential deviations, communicate with the Business Partner on timely manner about deviations, identify escalation points and proposal for risk mitigation
  • Documentation of the project materials such as minutes of meeting, status update, action items, etc.
  • Organization of legal, procurement and project related documents
  • O365 skills such as PPT, WordDoc, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Logical thinking, organized and ability to connect the dots
  • Fast learner, open to learning new things, positive attitude and a collaborative team-player
Skills
  • Should be able to perform typical project management tasks, planning, tracking, risk management, leading team etc.,
  • Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and interpersonal skills.
  • Good skills in .Net, SQL Server and associated technologies.
  • Prior Experience of working in a Support and Maintenance environment (L2 & L3).
  • Coordinate with offshore team and helping them resolve their queries
  • Familiarity with clinical and Pharma domain would be a plus point.
Qualifications Basic
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 8 years in Information Technology with relevant experience.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
