Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Log, track, and resolve user support requests end-to-end. Build & maintain a

knowledge base

(FAQs, case studies, procedures). Handle user calls/emails, resolve issues, and support audit queries. Disseminate

system updates & downtime notifications

. Prepare

query analysis reports

with improvement recommendations. Support and improve

SAP HCM ERP helpdesk operations

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.

2+ years' IT support/application support experience

. Knowledge of

SAP HCM ERP (preferred)

.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
