s: As the Application Support Engineer, you will provide specialized support for our Client. You will analyze incident report or inquiry from Client, find the root cause, and provide w s: As the Application Support Engineer, you will provide specialized support for our Client. You will analyze incident report or inquiry from Client, find the root cause, and provide workaround plan. You will be responsible in daily production support/incident management. You will perform the testing based on various test plan, create test documentation, managing SIT / UAT (execution, delivery and support). Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years relevant working experience in software development and implementation. At least 4 years relevant working experience in application support (L3 preferred) Proven working experience in stored procedure development (Oracle PL/SQL) in OLTP based system. Proven working experience in managing overall SIT / UAT. Possess a good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Possess an excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills Additional Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in Oracle Forms and Reports. Working experience in Microsoft MS SQL. Working experience in Investment Banking domain / industry. Personality: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork. Good leadership and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skill, able to explain technical issues to non-technical audience. Fast learner and keen to take ownership of the tasks.
